Refund policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Non-Subscription Purchases

Tried Lushim and didn’t love it? No problem. You can request a refund here within 90 days of delivery.

The product is unopened → We will initiate your refund and share instructions to ship the product back to us. Please note: we do not provide prepaid return labels for US or CA orders.

The product is opened → It is yours to keep! We are happy to offer a refund if it is your first purchase of a non-subscription product. A small return processing fee applies to US and CA orders.
Original shipping, handling, and package insurance costs are not included in any refunds.

Subscriptions

You can manage your subscription at any time through your account. If an upcoming order has already shipped, any changes will apply to your next delivery. We cannot provide refunds for orders that have already shipped. If you wish to proceed with a return request please email us at hello@lushim.com  — within 90 days of delivery.

Final Sale Items
Please note refunds and returns do not apply to merchandise items, sale items, or limited addition products. This includes capsule cases, travel size products, and sample sizes.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
